I’m allowed quiet,
I’m living in solace,
I’m blessed in the gentleness
and I’m welcoming the stillness.
Pen and paper is where you’ll find me,
but not to churn out work
but to thrive in discovery.
And should something come of it,
well that’s just icing on the cake.
