What To Do When Your Stuff Is Up

What To Do When Your Stuff Is Up

Sometimes your stuff will be up. Stuff. Issues. Challenges. Heaping mounds of crap. Sometimes it is going to come to surface and make itself known in your formally peaceful life. Here’s what to do…

First step: ?

Be grateful. Really. The stuff is not just up to run amok in your life. ?

It’s not just up to ruin the awesome you have going on.

?It’s up because you are ready to deal with it. ?

Know that this is your chance to heal whatever it is for the very last time.

?It can be hard, in those moments of ache and chaos to bend to the forces of gratitude.?

But try. If only for a second. ?

It opens doorways to completion.

?It holds you up inside of your Self… your big capital “S” Self.

?When you stand in the energy of gratitude for the opportunities that present themselves, you stand in your fullness.

?It’s a good place to be when your stuff rises up to meet you.

From there:
?
Listen.?

Listen to the parts that are aching. ?

Hear them for real. ?

Even if it seems like all you ever do is listen to them.

?Just let them have their say. Once and for all.

?Listen without interrupting. Without trying to explain or fix.

?Just let the crazy parts have their crazy moments.

And: ?

Love them.

Love the part that is raging. That is crying. That is freaking out about this or that.

Love the parts that are telling you things you would rather not hear.

Love them without cause.

Without reason. ?

Without exception. ?

I like to imagine them like a baby and hold them in my arms. ?Treating them like they need to be treated… tenderly. Gently.?

Love them until they are done. And then come back tomorrow and love them some more. ??

Finally:??

Do something different.

New.

?Pretend for a moment that there was no issue to be had.

That you knew you were electrically, creatively whole…?

What would you do?

?What could you do?

?Even if the wall feel impassable, walk through it anyway. ?

Or knock it over.

?Small steps. Big steps. It doesn’t matter as long as you take one.

That’s the path. That’s the way.

Out of the stuff.

And into you. ?
