There is more to all of this

As much as I feel alone

I still know that deep inside

Promises of a new day prevail

Even though I lose everything

Finding peace is half the fun

Chased and hunted, I am crying

But I know that I will be brave

Existing as not only an example

And as one who can overcome all.
