Pema Chodron Streaming Giveaway

Compassion for others begins with kindness to ourselves. -Pema Chodron

I was first exposed to Pema Chodron during my Life Coach training program. One of the books we read was When Things Fall Apart, and I was hooked from page 1. Pema Chodron is an American Buddhist nun, whose life really did fall apart. She speaks honestly, from experience and she embraces imperfection.

I’ve since read more of her books, watched several of her interviews and recommended her to friends, family and clients.

To say that I was honored to be contacted by the folks who are live streaming her Getting off the Wheel of Suffering retreat, would be an understatement.

What’s even better? They’ve given me the opportunity to give 1 FREE ticket (a $75 value) to this event on May 9 & 10, to a KOM reader!

At the top of this post, I included a Pema Chodron quote that summarizes my core beliefs. This quote describes how I show up in every aspect of life, and is at the core of my work and the Kind Over Matter community.

To be eligible to win a ticket to this event, comment below and let me know what Pema Chodron’s teachings mean to you. I will contact the randomly chosen winner on May 5th and provide the code for the FREE ticket to the May 9 & 10 event. Email addresses *must* be included in comments so I can contact you. 🙂
