sky
luminous grey
sun behind clouds
dove feather soft ones
pearls

pearls
one strand
warm against skin
essence of feminine grace
eternal

eternal

nestled in pocket
yet larger than life

NOTE: An Elfchen poem (German: Elf = eleven, chen = diminutive) is a short poem with a fixed pattern. It contains eleven words which are arranged in a specific order over five rows (1-2-3-4-1 words, respectively). The first word is the topic and the final word is often a commentary or a summary word.
