- Take breaks often
Taking regular breaks should be a priority since they will help you focus better on your tasks. Set reminders for them so you don’t forget. Take a 10-minute break after each 50-minute work session. Also leave at least 30 minutes for lunch within your schedule. Find a structure that works for you and stick to it.
