Pure Gratitude

I’ve been hit with some realizations.

With the chronic pain that is at times a part of my life, I can find myself on the negative side more often than I want to be.

But today…I felt so much more relief than normal.

So, I took a walk this morning and feeling the breeze was heavenly, feeling my heart swell with each flower and plant looked at and smiling at the ground and its varying degrees and textures beneath my feet all showed me the sacredness in the daily outdoors.

Back home, I found my friends and family’s presence in my life a blessing.

We are clearing out clutter and redoing some things, and I found what I do have to be pure gifts.

All of it, all that I have, all that I am and all I know is pure sacredness.

And I’m living from a heart’s space of gratitude…pure, sacred gratitude.
