Be Kind

A little bit of trust and a whole lot of love.

Allowing feelings to come as they are.

Holding back judgment on the daily.

Navigating ways through the tunnels of the heart.

Understanding the deep recesses of the mind.

Loving unconditionally all parts, even the ones hidden.

Accepting all quirks and mannerisms.

All of this adds up to loving yourself and leads to being kind to yourself.

The most intimate relationship you will ever have is the one with yourself.

Be kind, be loving, be honest, be welcoming, be true.

Because others learn how to be kind and loving to you

based on how kind and loving you are to yourself.

Be a good example.

Be love.

Be true.

Be kind.

Be you.
